Worked out knots that I didn't even realize I had AND worked out a knot that caused numbness in my arm that an orthopedic surgeon said didn't exist!!!

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. So relaxing, I was extremely comfortable, and left my session feeling renewed. I’ve had a pain/soreness/tightness in my right hamstring for a year or more that multiple massages, yoga/stretching, rest, ice, muscle rollers, etc., couldn’t get rid of. But after my session, I felt relief for the first time in SO long! Finally a massage therapist who knew what they were doing! I highly recommend their services. I can’t wait for my next one

Probably one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Jeff has strong hands and knows how to dig deep. Just the way I like it. But he was also great at adjusting the pressure when needed.

Jeffrey is a highly skilled massage therapist. He’s really helped me understand the muscle structure in the area I will be having surgery, I feel better prepared because of the experience and I’m more confident now as I prepare myself for surgery. In addition to the confidence I have never been quite as relaxed as I am now. A 90 minute massage allows for time to identify all the tension areas and still have time to work on them. The communication with the therapist is easy and the sessions flow as needed to provide a superior relaxing and therapeutic massage.

Hands down this was the best massage I’ve had. Jeffrey was able to get into trouble areas of mine and work them out. I haven’t felt this relieved in a long time. I will definitely be back more often!
